Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Tour & Experience Specialist appassionato/a di turismo ed esperienze autentiche, che contribuisca, insieme al manager, alla creazione e gestione di tour ed attività in linea con la nostra missione e con elevati standard qualitativi.

La risorsa entrerà a far parte del team operativo e collaborerà attivamente allo sviluppo di esperienze curate nei dettagli, garantendo un servizio eccellente e un’attenzione costante alla soddisfazione del cliente.

Responsabilità principali:

· Supportare l’ideazione e lo sviluppo di esperienze e tour in linea con la missione aziendale.

· Collaborare con fornitori e guide locali per l’organizzazione delle esperienze.

· Gestire operativamente il calendario delle esperienze e dei tour.

· Assicurare il corretto svolgimento delle attività, nel rispetto degli standard di qualità e sicurezza.

· Raccogliere feedback dei clienti e segnalare eventuali criticità operative.

· Aggiornare materiali descrittivi, schede tecniche e documentazione operativa.

· Fornire supporto nella gestione operativa dei costi e dei prezzi.

Qualifiche

· Esperienza, anche breve, in tour operating, DMC o coordinamento di servizi turistici, eventi o hospitality segmento luxury.

· Buone capacità organizzative e attenzione ai dettagli.

· Attitudine relazionale e forte orientamento al cliente.

· Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (altre lingue sono un plus).
