Join us as a Tour Desks Business Development Executive, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth for our 3P (Non-TUI) business and Tour Desk operations across Thailand. You'll conduct market research and analysis to uncover new business opportunities that drive sustainable growth across the region.
Preparing and delivering compelling presentations and proposals to prospective hotel partners will be a key part of your role.
We need you to build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing business partners, including hotels and suppliers.
Monitoring progress and preparing insightful reports will help evaluate the success of business development activities.
You'll support the B2B Strategic Partnership Team in expanding our 3P (Non-TUI) business into the region.
Creating training plans for new team members and providing administrative support to our Tour Desk Representatives team in Phuket and Khao Lak rounds out your responsibilities.
You bring proven experience in business development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
A Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management, Business Administration or related fields is required for this role.
Your negotiation, communication, and presentation skills are excellent, allowing you to connect with partners effectively.
You're proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create professional presentations.
A good command of English in speaking, reading, and writing is essential for this position.
Strategic thinking combined with the ability to work under pressure comes naturally to you.
You have a results-driven mindset and take a proactive approach towards problem-solving.
Experience in excursions sales would be advantageous and help you hit the ground running.
