Job Description

General Summary Of Duties:

  • Solicit business for the Westgate Las Vegas Resort via telephone, written communication and personal sales calls.
  • Evaluate, negotiate, book and service business.
  • Conduct site tours and entertain clients.
  • Accumulate and evaluate data to recommend alternative and/or future business proposals.
  • Maintain and strengthen long-term business relationships with key accounts.
  • Some travel required.

Qualifications

Performance Requirements: (Knowledge, skills and abilities)

  • Hands on experience with LMS, Delphi and Microsoft Office is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of executive meeting and Social markets.
  • Ability to travel and conduct site tours for large groups required.
  • Must prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail is required, as well as the ability to work with minimal supervision and multiple interruptions.

Additional Information

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum one (1) year Hotel Sales experience.

Education Requirements

  • College degree/education preferred.
