Tour Ambassador

Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional hospitality service to VIPs, guests and visitors of the Experience Centre including but not limited to government officials, overseas delegates, policy makers, corporate and business leaders, academia, industry practitioners, R&D experts, young talents
• Guide and deliver unique journey to VIPs and visitors to fully experience the technology-enabled exhibit zones in the Centre
• Identify, plan, invite, schedule and coordinate with visitors to maximize the client service capacity of the Centre made to the technology ecosystem in Hong Kong, Mainland and overseas
• Assist the centre manager to ensure the smooth daily operation of the Centre and respond to enquiries in a timely manner
• Host VIPs and guests visits to other landmarks in the Science Park
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Communications, Marketing, Hospitality and Tourism or other related disciplines.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in customer and community service, hospitality, marketing, preferably gained in sizeable / MNC companies.
• Excellent in written and verbal English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua
• Strong interpersonal, communications, problem-solving and analytical skills
• A good storyteller, cheerful, customer-oriented and passionate about Innovation and Technology
• Good performer will have the opportunity to further extend the contract
