Job Description

Working at Infobip means being part of something truly global. With 75+ offices across six continents, we’re not just building technology — we’re shaping how more than 80% of the world connects and communicates.

As employees, we take pride in contributing to the world’s largest and only full-stack cloud communication platform. But it’s not just what we do, it’s how we do it: with curiosity, passion, and a whole lot of collaboration.

We operate with an AI-first mindset, embedding intelligent tools into our daily workflows to work smarter and more efficiently. Every role here benefits from and contributes to this approach.

If you're looking for meaningful work and challenges that grow you in a culture where people show up with purpose, this is your opportunity.

Let’s build what’s next, together.

What this role is all about:

We’re looking for a Total Rewards Specialist to join our Total Rewards team. In this role, you’ll get involved across a broad range of Total Rewards topics, from maintaining job architecture and grading systems and contributing to the development of the compensation strategy, to supporting recognition and performance management programs and managing a complex benefits system.

You’ll also have plenty of opportunities to improve processes and turn data into meaningful insights.

You’ll work closely with People Operations (POP), managers, and stakeholders across the organization to keep our Total Rewards programs competitive, fair, and running smoothly. Think of it as a backstage pass to how Infobip takes care of its people.

You’ll also have access to AI tools that help speed up data analysis, automate reporting, streamline job evaluations, and simplify communication. That means more time to focus on the strategic, human side of Total Rewards, while the repetitive tasks are handled more efficiently.

The world has evolved, and we’re already making the most of it!

What you'll do:

  • Compensation Management: Develop and administer the organization's compensation programs, including salary structures, pay ranges, and incentive plans. Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive and fair compensation practices.

  • Benefits Management: Develop and administer employee benefits programs including our internal ESOP program. Collaborate with benefits providers, handle enrollment processes, and ensure compliance with legal requirements. Communicate and educate employees about available benefits and assist with benefits-related inquiries.

  • Job Analysis and Evaluation: Conduct job analysis and evaluation to determine the relative value and worth of different roles within the organization. Participate in evaluation of job descriptions, define the job levels and salary ranges, and maintain job classification systems.

  • Performance Management: Collaborate with POP and management to align compensation and benefits programs with performance management processes. Ensure performance-based pay and recognition are effectively designed, communicated, and administered.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze compensation and benefits data to provide insights for decision-making. Prepare regular reports and presentations on compensation and benefits metrics, trends, and cost analysis for management and stakeholders.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build relationships with internal stakeholders, such as POP colleagues, subject matter experts, and employees, to understand their total rewards needs and ensure effective collaboration and alignment.

  • Industry Research and Best Practices: Stay up-to-date about total rewards best practices and trends to enhance operational efficiency. Suggest and implement process improvements to optimize total rewards operations.

What makes you a strong fit:

  • Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Background/experience & expertise in the following areas:

  • Proven experience and expertise in the area of compensation structure, benefits and analysis gained through exposure to an international environment.

  • HR controlling.

  • Finance with a interest in total rewards topics and strong business partnering skills.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.

  • Full professional fluency in English.

  • Excellent communication skills & proactive approach to work.

  • Exposure to AI tools or automation initiatives within HR functions.

Why you'll love it here

  • Financial rewards & recognition - A fair compensation aligned with your experience, industry, and market standards, performance-driven bonuses, regular reviews to support your growth and recognize your contributions, and a culture that values your impact.

  • Flexible work arrangements - We combine in-person collaboration with remote work and flexible working hours, because great ideas happen everywhere - and not always between 9 and 5.

  • ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) - As an Infobip employee, you’ll have the opportunity to share in our company’s success through stock options.

  • Work-life balance and well-being  - We offer time off when you need it, special leave days for life’s big moments, and a flexible hybrid work model tailored to local regulations.

  • Career mobility - Your career is a journey. With internal mobility, upskilling, and mentorship, we help you shape your path.

  • Professional development - Learning never stops. Onboarding, mentorship, and training programs help you grow - no matter where you start.

  • International mobility - Ready to take your career global? Explore short and long-term opportunities in our Hubs worldwide.

While some benefits may vary by location, our goal remains the same: to support your growth, well-being, and success - wherever you are.
