The Global Total Rewards and HR Operations teams are responsible for Sphera providing its colleagues with competitive rewards and HR tools and services. As a part of this team, the Total Rewards Specialist is a key utility player to the technology-driven team. This role will be responsible for aiding in Total Rewards support across various functions.
