Total Rewards Specialist

At Electrolux AB, we are in the midst of an exciting business transformation—redefining how we operate, innovate, and deliver value globally. This is a unique moment to join our journey and play a key role in shaping how we reward, recognize, and engage our people.

About the role:

For our Global Total Rewards team, we are looking for a Total Rewards Specialist to support and contribute to the development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of Total Rewards practices across Electrolux.

Based at our headquarters in Stockholm, this role has a global scope.

As part of the Global Total Rewards team, you will work closely with Total Rewards Managers, HR colleagues, and other stakeholders to support core compensation activities, provide data‑driven insights, and help bring reward principles to life across the organization.

In detail you will:

Work hands‑on with core Total Rewards topics and global initiatives, including:

  • Helping usevolve our job architecture — reviewing what we have and building something better. We use Mercer IPE, but the work goes well beyond evaluations.
  • Working with data every day — Excel, compensation datasets, HR systems and databases.
  • Supporting the review and maintenance of Group compensation and benefits policies, processes, and tools, helping ensure they are clear, up‑to‑date, and consistently applied globally.
  • Working hands‑on with pay transparency as we prepare for the EU directive.
  • Getting involved in global compensation projects — benchmarking, salary structures, analysis.
  • Finding smarter ways to work — if you're curious about AI or RPA, even better.

This might be the role for you if…

You know your way around compensation and job architecture — enough experience to contribute from the beginning, but still genuinely excited about growing and learning. You enjoy thinking in systems, working with data, and rolling up your sleeves to make things happen in a global, cross‑regional context.

You’re curious, hands‑on, and motivated by seeing your work translate into fair, transparent, and scalable reward practices.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Total Rewards or Compensation
  • Exposure to job architecture or pay transparency is a strong advantage.
  • Strong Excel and data skills — you build models, not just read them.
  • A fast learner with a curious, hands‑on mindset.
  • Comfortable working in English in a global, cross‑functional environment.

Who you are:

  • Analytical – You enjoy working with data and turning it into meaningful insights.
  • Curious – You like learning, improving, and understanding the “why” behind reward decisions.
  • Collaborative – You build trust and enjoy working with others across functions and regions.
  • Practical – You’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves and contributing hands‑on.
  • Open – You see the bigger picture and value different perspectives.

Where you'll be:

You’ll be part of a small global Total Rewards team, based at our Global headquarters on Kungsholmen in Stockholm, Sweden.

We work closely across regions and business areas, share knowledge openly, support each other, and enjoy working on interesting topics that really matter to the business.

Some of our benefits include :

  • Discounts on award-winning Electrolux products and services
  • Family-friendly benefits
  • Comprehensive insurance policy
  • Extensive learning opportunities and flexible career paths

As part of Electrolux Group, we will continuously invest in you and your development. There are no barriers to where your career could take you.
