About the department
Novo Nordisk GBS Total Rewards (TR) was established in May 2015 and is responsible for driving various activities, including annual and ad-hoc compensation and benefits surveys, salary reviews, and salary range creation for countries where we operate. We also manage Long-Term Incentives (LTI) administration, benefits benchmarking, and vendor management.
You will be part of an ambitious, dynamic, and global People Organisation & Corporate Affairs (PO) Operations team consisting of over 150+ employees. Our team ensures high-quality, fit-for-purpose processes across the entire value chain, from research to market. We strive to make quality easy, simple, and understandable.
