About the Role

As a Total Rewards Senior Analyst, you support the UK & Europe Head of Compensation and Benefits across the UK, Belgium, Spain, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Germany, and Switzerland. You work across compensation, benefits, recognition, and wellbeing, partnering closely with Global Rewards, HR, and Talent Acquisition teams.

Your work helps ensure reward programs are competitive, compliant, and clearly understood, enabling the business to attract, retain, and support employees across a diverse European footprint.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Supporting fair and competitive pay decisions through role evaluation, salary reviews, and adherence to career architecture and salary planning frameworks
  • Enabling effective hiring by partnering with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners on market‑aligned offer recommendations
  • Supporting the annual compensation planning cycle, including testing, communications, and HR partner support in collaboration with Global Rewards
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of country‑specific compensation and benefits practices, identifying market trends, and supporting reviews where needed
  • Supporting compliance by understanding and applying local compensation and benefits regulations across the UK and Europe
  • Coordinating with benefits providers, procurement, and legal teams to support annual benefit renewals
  • Completing annual compensation, benefits, and HR policy surveys
  • Contributing to total rewards projects, including data analysis and regulatory‑required reporting
  • Supporting sales compensation administration and bonus plans
  • Helping promote recognition and wellbeing initiatives across the region
  • Reviewing salary structures and conducting market and employee data analysis
  • Educating HR teams on reward practices and programs through internal training and knowledge sharing
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives, including process enhancements and automation

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong English communication skills - working professional knowledge
  • Confidence working collaboratively within international and virtual teams
  • Strong knowledge of Spanish benefits and local legislation, with broader European exposure preferred
  • Experience supporting compensation and benefits across multiple countries or regions
  • An agile and adaptable approach, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams under time pressure
  • Experience using market compensation surveys (such as WTW)
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong overall IT proficiency
  • Workday experience (highly valued)
  • A detail‑focused, analytical mindset with a practical, solution‑oriented approach
