We unify and standardize HC service delivery while remaining responsive to each Line of Service, fostering a culture rooted in agility, collaboration, integrity, and innovation. Our focus is on creating a future-ready workforce by aligning talent strategies with business goals, enhancing employee experience, and building stronger HC capabilities - ensuring trust, equity, and operational excellence across the organization.
This role leads the design and delivery of Total Rewards strategy across Egypt, Jordan, and Lebanon. You will move beyond execution into ownership, shaping how the firm attracts, retains, and motivates talent through competitive and sustainable reward practices.
This is a high-impact role requiring a balance of strategic thinking, commercial awareness, and strong stakeholder influence.
