Job Description

The Total Rewards Analyst, HR Technology (HRIT) serves as the strategic functional lead for Compensation, Benefits, Payroll readiness, and Total Rewards technology processes within Rheem’s Oracle Fusion HCM ecosystem. This role drives end-to-end ownership of Total Rewards modules — ensuring platform optimization, data integrity, regulatory compliance, and seamless coordination between HR, Finance, and Payroll operations. Working at the intersection of HR technology and total rewards strategy, this position is essential to enabling accurate, efficient, and compliant compensation and benefits delivery across Rheem’s global industrial manufacturing workforce.

This position will serve Rheem North America, located in Atlanta, GA (Hybrid). This role follows our hybrid work arrangement, with team members working in the office Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays

  • Lead Compensation and Benefits system governance within Oracle Fusion HCM, establishing configuration standards, process controls, and data integrity frameworks that ensure accurate and compliant total rewards delivery across all Rheem business units and global manufacturing regions.

  • Support payroll integration coordination by managing the functional design, testing, and validation of data flows between Oracle Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll modules — ensuring seamless end-to-end processing for salary changes, bonus payments, benefits deductions, and statutory reporting across North America, LATAM, and APAC.

  • Manage annual compensation cycle technology readiness including merit, bonus, and equity plan configuration in Oracle Compensation — coordinating with HR leadership, Finance, and IT to ensure timely, accurate, and secure execution of enterprise-wide compensation programs across corporate and plant populations.

  • Coordinate quarterly Oracle Cloud release impacts for Total Rewards modules by conducting feature evaluation, impact analysis, regression testing, and stakeholder communication — ensuring zero-disruption adoption of new capabilities while maximizing value from Oracle’s continuous innovation roadmap.

  • Support audit and compliance requirements by maintaining comprehensive documentation of system configurations, data flows, and security controls — partnering with Internal Audit, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to SOX, FLSA, ACA, ERISA, and international labor regulations across manufacturing operations.

  • Partner with Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll business teams to translate evolving total rewards strategies into technology solutions — conducting requirements gathering, gap-fit analysis, and functional solution design to optimize Oracle HCM configurations for plan design changes, policy updates, and regulatory mandates.

  • Optimize reporting and controls by designing and maintaining Oracle OTBI dashboards, BIP reports, and audit queries that provide real-time visibility into compensation spend, benefits enrollment, payroll accuracy, and compliance KPIs for HR and Finance leadership.

  • Manage enhancement delivery by leading the full lifecycle of Total Rewards system changes — from business case development and requirements documentation through functional configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and post-implementation validation.

  • Drive user adoption and training readiness for Total Rewards modules by developing role-based training materials, quick reference guides, and hands-on workshops for HR administrators, compensation analysts, and benefits coordinators across corporate offices and 15+ manufacturing plants.

  • Collaborate with IT, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) teams, and third-party benefits vendors to ensure seamless data integration between Total Rewards modules and external systems including benefits carriers, 401(k) providers, stock plan administrators, and payroll tax engines.

  • Support global total rewards transformation programs by evaluating and implementing emerging capabilities such as AI-driven compensation benchmarking, automated benefits eligibility engines, total rewards statements, and predictive analytics for workforce cost modeling.

  • Monitor industry trends, competitive benchmarks, and emerging HR technologies in the total rewards space — including pay equity analytics, flexible benefits platforms, global payroll modernization, and digital employee experience innovations — to continuously inform Rheem’s HR technology roadmap and maintain competitive advantage.

  • 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or HR Technology Analyst with deep expertise in Total Rewards / Compensation & Benefits modules within Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.

  • Hands-on functional experience with Oracle Compensation (merit, bonus, equity plans, workforce compensation) and Oracle Benefits (plan configuration, eligibility, enrollment, life events).

  • Strong understanding of payroll integration processes including earnings, deductions, costing, and statutory reporting within Oracle Payroll or integrated third-party payroll systems.

  • Demonstrated expertise in business process analysis, requirements documentation, gap-fit analysis, and functional configuration within Oracle HCM Cloud environments.

  • Experience supporting audit and compliance requirements including SOX controls, benefits compliance (ACA, ERISA, COBRA), and payroll regulatory standards in a manufacturing environment.

  • Proven ability to manage annual compensation cycles end-to-end — from plan configuration and data validation through manager workflows, approval hierarchies, and payroll integration.

  • Experience with quarterly SaaS release management, feature evaluation, regression testing, and stakeholder impact communication for Oracle Cloud updates.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills with ability to partner effectively with HR, Finance, Payroll, and IT teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

HOW TO STAND OUT

  • Experience with additional Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Recruiting).

  • Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, HDL/HCM Data Loader, and BIP report development for Total Rewards data flows.

  • Familiarity with analytics and reporting platforms such as OTBI, BI Publisher, Databricks, or Power BI for compensation and benefits analytics.

  • Experience with Oracle Fast Formulas for compensation calculations, benefits eligibility rules, and payroll processing logic.

  • Oracle HCM Cloud certification (Compensation, Benefits, or Payroll preferred).

  • Experience implementing or supporting multi-country Total Rewards configurations across diverse manufacturing operations with complex payroll and compliance requirements.

  • Understanding of industrial manufacturing workforce dynamics including union/non-union compensation structures, shift differentials, plant-based benefits administration, and skilled labor market benchmarking.

  • Knowledge of current market trends in total rewards technology including pay equity analytics, AI-driven compensation benchmarking, flexible benefits platforms, global payroll modernization, and digital total rewards experiences.
