Total Rewards Analyst
About this opportunity
The Total Rewards Analyst is responsible for the administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of CBI Health’s compensation and benefits programs. This role collaborates closely with HR, Finance, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to ensure total rewards programs are competitive, equitable, cost-effective, and aligned with organizational objectives.
Salary range: $70,000 to $80,000 per year

- Manage and support the organization's compensation programs, including salary structures, job evaluations, salary ranges, and compensation reviews.
- Conduct market research and salary benchmarking using external compensation surveys and market data.
- Maintain accurate compensation data, salary structures, and related documentation.
- Manage the day-to-day administration and ongoing review of employee benefit programs.
- Respond to complex employee and HR inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
- Ensure benefits information, policies, and employee records are accurate and up to date.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analyses related to compensation, benefits, and total rewards.
- Conduct market and internal analysis to identify opportunities to improve employee attraction, retention, and engagement.
- Support the development and implementation of total rewards initiatives and programs.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to HR leadership and business leaders.
- Ensure compensation and benefits programs are regularly evaluated, and recommendations are made to improve competitiveness and employee value.
- Providing HR leadership and business leaders timely, accurate, and actionable Total Rewards analysis.
- Ensuring compensation and benefits data and processes comply with applicable organizational policies and legislative requirements.
What you need to be successful
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- 5-10 years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, total rewards, or a related HR discipline.
- Strong knowledge of compensation principles, salary structures, market benchmarking, and benefits administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide practical recommendations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and data analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams.
- Experience supporting or leading annual compensation review and merit processes.
- Experience with job evaluation, job architecture, and salary benchmarking.
- Experience with benefits renewal and vendor management.
- Experience in healthcare, a multi-location organization, or another regulated industry will be considered a bonus
- French-language proficiency is an asset
