About the department
Novo Nordisk GBS TR (Total Rewards) was established in May 2015 and is based in Bangalore, India. We are responsible for driving various activities, including compensation and benefits surveys, salary reviews, and benchmarking. Our team consists of over 150+ employees who are part of the ambitious and global PO (People Organisation & Corporate Affairs) Operations team. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, fit-for-purpose processes across the entire value chain from research to market. The atmosphere here is dynamic, collaborative, and focused on making quality simple and understandable.
