We are seeking a Total Rewards Administrator based in our Milton Office location to join the Human Resources team. This is a fully onsite contract role for 6 months.

Your future team:

The role reports to the Director of Total Rewards and will be part of 8 people team who manage different aspects of Total Rewards for ROCKWOOL.

What you will be doing:

The Total Rewards Administrator supports the administration of payroll, benefits, and HRIS processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience. This role serves as a key point of contact for employee inquiries and provides operational support across payroll processing, benefits administration, and system maintenance. The position will work within a multi-system environment, utilizing Workday (HCM) and supporting the organization’s transition from Dayforce to ADP for payroll and benefits.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support biweekly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

  • Review and validate time and attendance records, resolving discrepancies with managers.

  • Process payroll adjustments, manual payments, reconciliations, and maintain payroll records.

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, terminations, and life event updates.

  • Assist with open enrollment activities and employee benefits communications.

  • Serve as a primary contact for employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, deductions, and total rewards programs.

  • Support new hire onboarding by coordinating payroll and benefits setup and documentation.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 1–2 years of experience in payroll, benefits administration, or HR operations.

  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems; Workday preferred, ADP Workforce Now and/or Dayforce a plus.

  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reconciliations.

  • Knowledge of payroll, time & attendance, benefits administration, and compliance requirements.

  • Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and customer-service orientation.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.

The annual salary range for this role is $60,000 - $65,000 Your base salary is determined based on location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions.
