Role Purpose & Scope
The Total Reward Partner will support the Organizational Intelligence & Rewards team in strengthening rewards architecture, programs, policies, and governance across AUTODOC’s international operations.
Operating at a Partner level, this role will act as a front-facing reward practitioner who bridges day-to-day operations with business-facing advisory support. Ensuring compensation practices are competitive, consistent, and aligned with organisational principles.
