The Role:
This is an indefinite role, based from Malaysia, working in the Global Total Reward ‘Centre Of Expertise’ team.
Your role as Business Partner will be to support the regions/business units and the central team and youwill be expected to contribute towards the development of global reward strategy, principles and processes. You will lead on their local implementation in a designated geography (due to the fact that a lot of reward practice will be driven by local market practice, Total Reward business partners will have a geographic rather than pure business unit focus).
You will support regions/business units to attract, recruit, retain and motivate the skills and talent needed to achieve their strategic objectives.
Utilising both data and the support of People Services and Solutions hubs the role-holder will support regions/countries and business units in implementing reward processes operationally such as: annual pay reviews; management of regional/business unit bonus schemes; maintaining benefit programmes and job evaluation.
