Our digital organization at MPC is on a mission to deliver trusted, scalable, and high-quality data products that accelerate decision-making across our integrated value chains and enable enterprise transformation. As our data platform and product ecosystem continue to grow, the need for a formal Total Quality Management (TQM) capability has become critical to ensuring consistency, compliance, operational readiness, and long-term trust in our data products at scale.

This leader will help establish scalable quality frameworks, testing and controls strategies, lifecycle review processes, and production quality monitoring practices that proactively reduce risk while enabling faster and more reliable delivery.
Success in this role will strengthen confidence in enterprise data, improve delivery quality and operational resilience, and help ensure our business can scale data-driven decision-making with the speed, consistency, and trust required for long-term transformation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for embedding quality, compliance, and governance practices across the full lifecycle of enterprise data products. This role drives consistency, reusability, and continuous improvement by defining and measuring quality standards, developing templates and controls, and partnering closely with teams across the data product lifecycle. The manager also coordinates data product reviews and oversees platform and product control testing to ensure quality and alignment across diverse delivery models.
This role is accountable for business results primarily achieved through the work of others. Manages staff, sets direction, and deploys resources. Has responsibility for employee development, performance reviews, pay reviews, and staffing decisions. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes, or programs.
