Protivitiis looking for aBusiness Performance ImprovementManagerto join our growingFinance &Performance Managementteam.

What You Can Expect

As aManager,you’llpartner with our clients to solve complex business problems and provide impactful advice and solutions. You’lldevelop lasting relationships with client personnel and further these relationships through quality product delivery. You’llfoster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market.  You will also be a mentor, trainer, and coach to Consultants and Senior Consultants as youfacilitatethe successful completion of project work plans

Do Your Talents Include the Following?

• Experience with or understanding of:

• Process improvement, businesstransformationand projectand changemanagement methodologies

• Process analysis and assessments as well as development of process flows and future state roadmaps

• Service excellence-identifyingkey client business issues,determiningclient needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches,evaluatingandvalidatinganalysis and developing recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement 

• Evaluating, summarizing, organizing, and interpretingdata.

• Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network. 

• Ability to translate and communicateissues,risksor challengesto client personnel, including executives. 

• Supervisory experience of teams including mentoring, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate.  

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree inarelevant discipline (e.g.Business Administration, Finance,Accounting,or Related Field). 

• 5+ years working in Consulting,Project and/or Change Management,Financial Reporting, Assurance Services, or related field, either in professional services or industry

• Experience with Tier 1 and Tier 2 ERP systems preferred (e.g., SAP, Oracle,Workday,NetSuite, Business Central,Acumatica).

• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word,Exceland PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access.

Protiviti practices a hybrid model, which is a combination of working in person with a purpose and working remotely. The ratio of remote to in-person requirementsvaryby client, project, team, and other business factors. Our people work bothin-personin local Protiviti offices and on client sites, which can include local or out-of-state travel based on our projects and client requests and commitments

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job

$92,000.00 – $142,000.00
