About the Job


A robust SaaS management tool is critical for effectively managing Indeed’s estimated 500+ applications, providing visibility into usage, costs, and security. Torii serves as the SaaS Management platform – a central data hub for Procurement, Finance, Security, and Application Owners. This system also powers the Application Catalog, ensuring users have visibility into available tools across the organization. The contractor will act as the
SaaS Administrator

, responsible for maintaining accurate, reliable data in Torii and ensuring it operates as a strategic “source of truth” for the business.


What You’ll Do


  • Oversee end-to-end administration of contract metadata within Torii, including ownership, renewal timelines, and license allocations.


  • Track Workday updates and conduct internal data investigations.


  • Perform direct contract reviews and cost analysis.


  • Conduct regular data audits to ensure high accuracy and resolve data gaps.


  • Build API integrations and automated provisioning / offboarding workflows.


  • Ensure existing integrations with internal tooling are functioning properly.


  • Manage contract metadata, Renewal Calendar, and license usage reporting.


  • Validate Application and Technical Owners and ensure data integrity.


  • Educate Application Owners on responsibilities and data governance.


  • Evaluate newly discovered applications and collaborate with Procurement and Security teams.


  • Support identification of business purpose and security governance status for applications.


Requirements


Must Have > 2+ yrs

(SaaS/platform management)

Must Have > 4+ yrs

(enterprise contract/procurement/finance experience)

  • Experience managing SaaS platforms or complex tech products (2+ years)


  • Enterprise contract management experience including cost centers, license utilization, terms & conditions, and procurement processes (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Legal, or Finance background – 4+ years)


  • Familiarity with API integration and workflow automation


  • Strong analytical and data management skills, including reporting and deep‑dive analysis


  • Ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies and quality issues


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


  • Ability to collaborate effectively with IT, Finance, Procurement, and leadership teams


  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, complex environment with multiple concurrent system changes


Nice to Have


  • Experience with SaaS management platforms such as Torii


  • Experience working in large‑scale enterprise environments


  • Familiarity with application catalog or IT governance frameworks


  • Exposure to security governance processes for enterprise applications

  • Clear and concise communication across technical and non‑technical stakeholders
