我们正在寻找资深基础设施工程师，参与公司核心系统的架构与演进。如果你对性能调优、极致可扩展性、系统稳定性有执着追求，并且愿意在复杂系统中持续攻坚，这里是你的舞台。（对以下任意方向有深入经验均可投递） 你将参与或主导： 1. 高性能网络与系统：优化内核、协议栈与 I/O 模型，提升低延迟与高吞吐能力。 存储与数据库：设计与优化分布式存储、数据库及缓存系统，保障高可用与高性能。 2. 云原生与容器编排：基于 K8s 及生态（Service Mesh、调度、扩缩容、隔离等）构建大规模服务编排与管理体系。 3. 硬件与系统协同：结合高性能网卡、SSD、RDMA、SmartNIC/ASIC 等硬件，进行软硬件协同优化。 4. SRE & DevOps：保障多个核心系统的可靠性，包括 CPU 资源调度、业务网关接入、组件稳定性与成本优化。 5. 架构演进与跨团队协作：识别瓶颈、推动架构升级，并在跨组件、跨团队协作中实现落地。
