The Top Creator team is a specialized unit within TikTok Shop’s Vietnam creator tiering, dedicated to incubating and scaling high-potential profiles specifically for the livestream scenario. Our primary objective is to drive sustainable growth by focusing on the platform’s most impactful creators, who currently anchor our ecosystem and contribute to total platform performance.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth.

Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals.

As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests.

Responsibilities

• Grow and develop top creator e-commerce sales performance, primarily in livestream content.
• Build and manage relationships with creator by representing TikTok Shop platform
• Analyze creator's weekly performance to deliver regular reporting on key operational initiatives and provide recommendations to optimize performance, including traffic and conversion.
• Live schedule planning for creator following platform events, ensuring platform benefits provided to creator following policies and fairness
• Monitor real-time campaign/ project performance and keep tracking of post campaign performance evaluation
• Support to help in any other general ad-hoc duties

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a undergraduate in Marketing or a related Business discipline.
• Good understanding user generative content
• Good interpersonal skills, strong logical thinking, and analytical abilities.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in the E-commerce industry

Preferred Qualifications

• Having experience working with the E-commerce or Social Commerce is a plus
• Strong sense of responsibility and quick learning ability
