Move forward as Toolshop Coordinator at DSV in Winschoten

Would you like to take the next step in your career within a high-tech logistics environment? As a Toolshop Coordinator within our datacenter operations, you are a key link in the daily operation and work closely with various stakeholders to ensure processes run smoothly.

Coordinating daily activities and supporting warehouse employees within our datacenter logistics operation: you’re on it.

How do you do this? In this role, you combine coordinating responsibilities with actively participating on the work floor. You are visibly present, ensure colleagues understand the daily plan and support the smooth execution of the operation. You work closely with the team leader or supervisor to resolve bottlenecks and implement improvements. In addition, this role offers a solid foundation for further growth into a leadership position within our international organisation. You achieve this by:

• receiving materials from vendors on the loading dock, checking orders against packing lists (GPN/MPN) and handling the packing and unpacking of materials;
• creating and monitoring orders and tickets in systems such as SAP, EWM, Ariba, Maximo, Buganizer and ShopNOSCO;
• managing tool cabinets, preparing tool shipments for calibration or repair and keeping inventory registrations up to date;
• monitoring aging materials and upcoming orders to ensure the optimal deployment of resources;
• acting as the first point of contact for operational challenges and supporting in the absence of the team leader;

You bring

• mbo working and thinking level and affinity with logistics processes;
• a structured, systematic and accurate way of working;
• leadership qualities such as taking responsibility, showing initiative and addressing colleagues when needed;
• strong communication skills in English, Dutch is considered an advantage.
