The Role Toolmaker/Mold Fitter

The Toolmakerposition is responsible for the mold fit correctly and ensure mold components process flow are correct per Entegris tooling manner. The tooling project will assign by Section Head.

WhatYou’llDo:

• Fit mold and provide support to Manufacturing Associates.Install tools, set up auxiliaryequipmentandoperateequipment with best practices

• Has the ability to start up equipment and produce acceptable products with the use ofdocumentation providedtoshut downper best practices and procedures.

• Interpreting,identifyingand recording information on job documents.

• Maintains a safe and productive work areaEnsuressafe use of equipment in the workplace.

• Ability and desire to meet production schedules and quality

• Have the capability toidentify,analyzeand resolve problems

• Adhere to all safety procedures including wearing all required protective equipment.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Keepworkarea clean of debris.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We Seek:

• Minimum three-year work-related experience: or equivalent combination of training andexperience ordemonstratedcapability to perform the duties of the job.

• Tool making knowledge

• Processskill in using machine and mold configuration assembly

• Operatevarious typessuch asMilling, EDM and Grinding.

• Handling measuring equipment

• Problem Solving Skill
