Job Specification

• Work as directed by the foreman or his representative in accordance with the production order and relevant drawings.
• Fabrication of anchor plate, punch with punch, assembly of clamping and other tools and fixtures consisting of not more than 15 parts.
• Assembly of a single-purpose fixed gauge including lapping of measuring surfaces.
• Assembling a one-piece shear including finishing the shape.
  
• Assembly of a bender for bending steel strips at several angles.
• Assembling progressive or block tools with multiple punches of different shapes, including drilling.
• Assembling a compound shear, compounding, drilling, defining shear clearance testing.
• Elaboration of guide and anchor plate, punch, shear and ejector with multiple shear punches, assembly of complex progressive shear with multiple shape punches and finishing of shapes after machining including polishing.
• Compliance with the principles of environmental, energy and occupational health and safety in accordance with the internal regulations of BRANO a.s.
• In addition to the basic duties and work tasks he/she is required to perform other work as ordered by the supervisor, which is related to the agreed type of work.

Candidate Requirement:

• Reading of drawing documentation
• Caliper and micrometer measurements
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• A1 at a communicative level
