Tooling Specialist – Xurrent / ITSM

We are looking for an experienced Tooling Specialist to support the implementation and optimization of a modern ITSM platform based on Xurrent, replacing legacy incident and workflow management tools.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Configure and implement ITSM modules within Xurrent
• 
  Set up workflows, forms, automation rules, and service catalogs
• 
  Ensure an out-of-the-box (OOTB) approach aligned with ITIL best practices
• 
  Support rapid deployment of key ITIL processes through templates and workflow accelerators
• 
  Advise stakeholders to avoid unnecessary customizations and improve process standardization
• 
  Create and maintain functional documentation, configuration guides, and operational runbooks
• 
  Support testing, validation, user adoption, and knowledge transfer activities
• 
  Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient delivery
• 
  Develop and support integrations using REST APIs, scripting, and JSON data exchanges

Required Skills & Experience

• 
  Strong hands-on experience with Xurrent implementation and configuration
• 
  Expertise in ITSM and ITIL processes
• 
  ITIL v4 certification required (ITIL v5 is a plus)
• 
  Experience with:
  • 
    Workflow automation
  • 
    REST API scripting
  • 
    JSON integrations
  • 
    ITSM governance and process optimization
• 
  Strong documentation and communication skills
• 
  Results-oriented with a pragmatic approach

Languages

• 
  French or Dutch: native/fluent level
• 
  English: professional working proficiency
