Toolmaker is to provide support & services in maintaining the molds in the company. The support includes on site trouble shooting on the machine, call back duringnon workinghour, insert changes for multi inserts tooling,

Mold PM & mold/inserts cleaning

What You’ll Do:

• Perform mold troubleshooting and repairs.

• Provide on‑site support during non‑working hours when required.

• Conductinsertchanges for multi‑part‑number tooling.

• Perform mold preventive maintenance and cleaning.

• Record mold repair activities in the system and SAP.

• Communicate with Production on all mold‑related matters.

• Support tooling personnel with tasks as needed.

• Ensure molds released to productionare capable of producinggood parts.

• Safely operate general machine shop equipment such as lathe, milling, grinding, and argon welding machines

• Safely operate forklifts.

What We Seek:

• Minimum Diploma in Tool & Die or equivalent.

• At least 5 years of experience in plastic injectionmolding

• Intermediate machine shop skills (lathe, milling, grinding).

• Strong knowledge ofmoldconstruction and repair.

• Good troubleshooting skills.

• Creativity in problem-solving.
