Tooling AnalystThe Tooling Analyst partners with the global Sales organization to manage the financial and commercial administration of customer-specific tooling programs. Responsibilities include tracking tooling purchase orders, recovery schedules, invoicing, and customer payments, while proactively identifying risks related to cost, timing, and contractual compliance. By collaborating with Sales, Engineering, Program Management, and Finance, this role ensures tooling costs are accurately quoted, recoverable, and aligned with customer agreements and internal commercial standards, helping maximize profitability throughout the program lifecycle.
Assess Tooling Financial Risk
Budget / Forecast Rebillable Tooling Collections
Coordinate Cross‑Functional Alignment
Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Program Management, Finance, and Purchasing to align tooling assumptions, timelines, and financial expectations.
Ensure Compliance with Customer and Internal Requirements
Support Program Launch and Change Management
Provide Tooling Financial Reporting and Analysis
Drive Continuous Improvement in Tooling Processes
All other duties as assigned
