What are your contributions to the team?

  • Ensures the optimal functioning of the tools used in structural assemblies (implementation, support, and obsolescence) aimed at the manufacturing of aircraft.
  • Executes maintenance plans; design, execution, and improvement of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance in a timely manner.
  • Coordinates work with service providers and management of parts and supplies inventory to ensure maintenance.
  • Propose improvements in processes and procedures.
  • Provide support for operational questions and requirements from support areas.
  • Management of safety risks in processes and tools, including risk control through FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
  • Supports the standardization of processes, procedures, and best practices for the Querétaro site and management of these with other sites outside of Mexico.
  • Manages projects from start to finish, as well as manage the project portfolio.

How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical, Electric, Mechanical, Industrial or Electro-mechanics Engineering.
  • You have 1 to 3 years of experience performing maintenance in metal mechanic structures and tooling.
  • You have 1 to 3 years experience using: PolyWorks, Calypso
  • You have experience managing Catia V5, NS, SolidWorks or similar design programs
  • You have GD&T knowledge
  • You have strong skills for interpretation of drawings and geometric tolerances
  • You have experience adjusting mechanical tooling
  • You have intermediate English level
  • You have knowledge of Office 360
