Principales Responsabilidades:

 Atender proveedores locales.

 Asignar locación al material en base a su designación.

 Surtir requisiciones de sistema Asset y Glovia.

 Surtir requisiciones de Maquina MSC.

 Realizar transferencias de Equipo en sistema Asset y Glovia.

 Entrega de Equipos a los diferentes departamentos en base a procedimiento.

 Realizar inventarios de los diferentes MRO.

 Realizar inventario de cortos y notificar a compras.

 Responsable de la veracidad e integridad de los inventarios.

 Seguimiento a requerimientos de producción.

 Procesar scrap en C1V1.

 Mantener las 5’s en su área de trabajo.

 Dar cumplimiento y cuidar que el personal bajo su cargo de cumplimiento a cada uno de los puntos considerados dentro del código de conducta (ética) de Spellman de México, S.A. de C.V.  Cumplir con la Política de Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente, siguiendo los procedimientos e instrucciones aplicables a sus actividades.

 Incluyendo todas las actividades Inherentes al puesto

 Disponibilidad para trabajar tiempo extra.

 Flexibilidad para laborar en cualquier turno.

Competencias y habilidades:

 Nivel de escolaridad: Preparatoria

 Experiencia mínima de 3 años en área de tool crib.

 Conocimiento en herramientas (Taladros, Brocas, Avellanador/barrenas, tornillos, arandelas, etc) (Avanzado).

 Experiencia con Glovia y Asset. (Avanzado)

 Conocimiento en PEPS/PCPS (Avanzado)

 Estrategia en conteos ciclicos (Avanzado)

 Experiencia manejando montacargas (Avanzado)

 Habilidad y conocimientos básicos para levantar cargas pesadas (Avanzado)

 Microsoft Office (Avanzado).
