Your Key Responsibilities

• Gia công đồ gá, công cụ theo kế hoạch./ Machining of jigs and tools according to plan.
• Thiết lập chương trình tối ưu thời gian gia công và hiệu suất máy móc./ Set up programs to optimize machining time and machine performance.
• Ghi nhận dữ liệu cần thiết cho việc tối ưu hóa, cải tiến qui trình cho bộ phận dịch vụ đồ gá./ Record the necessary data for optimizing and improving processes for the tool service
function.
• Phân tích và sửa chữa đồ gá bị lỗi trong quá trình sản xuất sản xuất./ Analysis and corrective action on tool failure during production time.
• Thực hiện an toàn lao động ,vệ sinh sạch sẽ khu vực làm việc , bảo quản các thiết bị máy móc công cụ ở tình trạng tốt./ Ensure workplace safety, maintain cleanliness in the work area, and keep equipment,
machinery, and tools in good condition.
• Cùng với các nhiệm vụ được nêu trên, người phụ trách vị trí này phải thực hiện các công việc được giao bởi cấp trên./ In addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must carry out tasks
assigned by his superior.

Your Qualifications

• Tốt nghiệp trung cấp nghành cơ khí hoặc trên 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương./ Background in Mechanical intermediate or over 3 years’ experience in relevant field.
• Kinh nghiệm đọc-hiểu bản vẽ kỹ thuật./ Experiences in technical drawings reading.
• Khả năng sử dụng thiết bị đo./ Using measuring device.
• Kinh nghiệm trong ngành sản xuất và gia công cơ khí chính xác./ Experience in precision machining & manufacturing.
• Khả năng vận hành máy gia công cơ./ Tool machinery operation.
• Khả năng vận hành máy CNC./ Ability to operate CNC machine
• Kiến thức về dung sai trong gia công cơ khí chính xác./ Tolerance knowledge in precision machining
