skilled, and experienced
Tool Room Technician
to work in
UAE.

Job Summary:

Moulds/Tools
used in the production of plastic fittings and pipes are properly installed in
the Machine and Carries out planned and preventive maintenance activities.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintenance
& Technical Operations

·
Carries
out preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance activities.

·
Attends
to complaints raised by Operations – fault finding and rectification of the
same.

·
Performing
preventive maintenance operations in moulds, dies & tools as per Schedule.

·
Install
and set up tools and mould machines based on production requirements.

·
Ensure
proper alignment and secure attachment of the mould/Tool to the machine.

Compliance
& Documentation

·
Ensures
the given checklist points in the monitoring sheet are correct.

·
Ensures
proper procedures are followed with respect to maintaining log/activities
books, material received from stores, material usage, etc.

·
Ensures
all the specified points in the monitoring sheets are checked.

·
Strictly
follows standard operations procedures and safety policies and procedures.

·
Ensures
appropriate usage and storage of material and equipment in hand.

Safety &
Hazard Management

·
Helps
in identifying safety and other potential hazards so that appropriate steps can
be taken to overcome the same.

General
Responsibilities & Culture

·
Performs
other tasks as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE,
SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

·
Diploma
/ Industrial Trade Certificate with at least 2 years of experience in any
process plant.

·
Ability
to read and interpret manuals, drawings, etc.

·
Knowledge
and experience in molding process and extruder a plus.

·
Troubleshooting
skills.

·
Good
physical condition.

·
Can
communicate in English.
