Maintains Mx Support desk for tool/equipment distribution IAW company policies
Implement tool control policies by marking issuing & tracking tools within system
Assist with management of the calibration program for equipment due overhaul
Process all incoming/outgoing material (physically & systematically) in Spt Sys
Verify items turned-in by comparing document to part/serial no., condition & qty
Oversee lost tool program, coordinating notifications to higher authority as req’d
Responsible for hazmat levels, safety data sheet documentation, and disposal
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures of the logistics program
Ensure accountability of all support documents; physically and systematically.
Notifies the Support Lead of any personnel or resource issues/concerns that arise.
Duty rotation for three-shift/weekend operations as directed by Support Lead
Familiarity with forklifts will be required.
Past military experience preferred
Qualifications
Must have 4+ years’ experience related to aviation tools and support
Must have experience working with inventory management software
Must have experience with warehouse functions Must be able to multitask and with great attention to detail
Able to obtain and maintain “Secret” security clearance
Valid, current Driver’s License required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT
Environment ranges from office-like to hangar and flight line. Extensive sitting to climbing, standing, stooping, bending, pushing, kneeling, stretching, and walking demands.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly
Special vision abilities required are close vision, peripheral vision, color vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust and focus.
Must be able to climb stairs, ramps, ladders and work stands.
Must be able to crouch, crawl, grasp or handle objects, use finger dexterity, bend elbow/knee and reach above/below shoulders.
Must be able to distinguish color and judge three-dimensional depths.
May be exposed to extreme noise from turbine and jet engine aircraft. • May be exposed to fumes or airborne particles; may be exposed to electrical shock hazards or work near moving mechanical parts, vehicles, or aircraft.
