As Tool Room Coordinator, You Will:
Compile data from sources such as contracts, purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and accounting reports and write, type, or enter information into computer to maintain inventory, purchasing, shipping, or other records.
Prepare requisitions, orders, or other documents for purchasing or requisitioning new or additional stock items.
Compile stock control records and information such as consumption rate, characteristics of items in storage, and current market conditions, to determine stock supply and need for replenishment.
Compare stock numbers, authorized substitutes, and other listed information with catalogs, manuals, parts lists, and similar references to verify accuracy of requisitions and shipping orders.
Review files to determine unused items and recommends disposal of excess stock.
Responsible for maintaining a high level of motivation.
Housekeeping and safety.
Responsible for reporting food safety issues to personnel with authority to initiate action.
Responsible for maintaining ISO standards in the conversion department.
Responsible to Receive, inspects, and stores incoming parts, verifying the contents against purchase orders and packing slips.
The ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
Responsible for cycle count of inventory within the parts room
To be Tool Room Coordinator, You’ll Need
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
Mechanical knowledge preferred
Expert knowledge in SAP
Experience with keeping accurate Inventory records
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
Forklift experience preferred
Prior experience in a parts room, inventory control, or manufacturing setting preferred (2 years minimum)
Shift: Days 6:30am-3pm
Pay: $28.00+/hr, depending on experience
