Tool Management Specialist

Walter Italia is looking for a candidate with a technical/logistics background who will be responsible for:

• Management of the customer’s entire cutting tools supply chain.
• Operational management of planning, tool procurement, and inventory levels at the customer’s site.
• Coordination of technical activities aimed at optimizing machining processes.
• Ensuring the provision of appropriate information through reports and regular ad‑hoc meetings.
• Continuous use of appropriate software tools to manage and document activities.
• Documentation of processes and on‑site process changes.

Job Profile:

• The position is intended for candidates with a degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Management Engineering (or related fields), or a Technical Diploma (Mechanical or Mechatronics), with experience in machining processes.
• Good knowledge of the English language is required.
• A strong goal‑oriented mindset is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive attitude.
• Analytical skills.
• Strong problem‑solving orientation.
