Job Responsibilities:
Serve as a lead technical resource for complex die repairs and troubleshooting
Support emergency tooling repairs to minimize production downtime
Assist with die tryouts, modifications, and continuous improvement activities
Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality to resolve tooling-related issues
Identify opportunities to improve die performance, reliability, and scrap reduction
Support new die launches and engineering changes as required
Maintain accurate tooling repair and maintenance documentation
Ensure proper tooling handling, storage, and preventive maintenance practices
Uphold and promote safety, quality, and 5S standards in the tool room
Provide guidance and on-the-job support to Tool & Die Maker I and apprentices
Perform additional duties as assigned to support plant operations
