Worthington Enterprises is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Tool & Die team on 3rd shift. This individual will be responsible for safely maintaining machine tools, fixtures and dies. In addition, this position supports other facility processes as necessary. Duties include a variety of tasks, including, but not limited to: problem solving, project collaboration, and quality control. The goal is to safely achieve excellence in all facets of the role, providing the highest quality service and safety, while effectively, and efficiently increasing value for our shareholders and customers. A detailed orientated, self-motivated, problem solver that utilizes a strong work ethic for a 300+ union facility in Chilton, WI is required. Pay based on skill and experience for Maintenance Mech 4.
