  • 1stShift:Mon- Fri615AM -215PM, Overtime as business needs require

  • 1stShift Starting Pay:$2 1.70hour

Job duties may include the following:

  • Cross-functional communication to complete tasks.

  • Effective teamwork

  • Provides summaries to leadership

  • Serve as administrative liaison with others within and outside the companyregardingadministrative issues related topurchasing, personnel, facilities,logisticsand operations

  • Serve as the coordinator for customer visits. 

  • Assistin budget preparation and control activities.

  • Assistin basic scheduling tasks.

  • Proficient in spreadsheet, word processing,presentationand e-mail

Physical requirements may include the following:

  • Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods

  • Ability to perform repetitive operations; Ability tolift upto 35lbs

Minimumrequirements include:

  • Experience with purchasing/inventory/buying systems

  • Intermediateproficiencywith Microsoft Applications (Excel)

Top candidates will have:

  • Associate's degree

  • At least 2 years’ experience in purchasing/inventorymanagement

  • Experience with Nextgen/Coupa

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Advanced Problem Solving/Troubleshooting Ability

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office

  • 2 years of related administrative support experience

Pay Range:

$21.70 - $27.35

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
