Job duties may include the following:
Cross-functional communication to complete tasks.
Effective teamwork
Provides summaries to leadership
Serve as administrative liaison with others within and outside the companyregardingadministrative issues related topurchasing, personnel, facilities,logisticsand operations
Serve as the coordinator for customer visits.
Assistin budget preparation and control activities.
Assistin basic scheduling tasks.
Proficient in spreadsheet, word processing,presentationand e-mail
Physical requirements may include the following:
Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods
Ability to perform repetitive operations; Ability tolift upto 35lbs
Minimumrequirements include:
Experience with purchasing/inventory/buying systems
Intermediateproficiencywith Microsoft Applications (Excel)
Top candidates will have:
Associate's degree
At least 2 years’ experience in purchasing/inventorymanagement
Experience with Nextgen/Coupa
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Advanced Problem Solving/Troubleshooting Ability
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
2 years of related administrative support experience

Pay Range:
$21.70 - $27.35
