Job Description

Core Duties and Expectations:

• Support and promote workplace safety standards at all times.
• Build and organize equipment components, assemblies, and packaged sets by following established production guides and procedures.
• Inspect, evaluate, and diagnose product performance while identifying and documenting defects or operational concerns.
• Report recurring quality-related findings or patterns to the appropriate personnel.
• Accurately process and maintain records related to material usage, labor tracking, and inventory activity.
• Carry out assigned departmental procedures efficiently by adhering to detailed operational instructions.
• Perform additional responsibilities and special assignments as needed to support team objectives.
• Remain adaptable and capable of contributing across multiple functions within the tooling and production areas.
