We are looking for a Tool and Die teammate for 2nd or 3rd shift. Hours for second shift are 3:00 p.m.- 11:00 p.m. Hours for third shift are 11:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m.
Requirements
ESSENTIAL DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: These are duties that the person holding this job MUST be able to perform. The company makes accommodation on request, if the accommodations are reasonable, to allow otherwise qualified applicants to perform these functions.
· Repair and retrofit broken mold sections.
· Polish mold sections.
· Work with Area Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, and Process Technicians regarding mold and repair in the machine.
· Maintain clean work area.
· Practice safe working habits, adhering to all safety standards.
· Follow Mold Repair Preventive Maintenance Schedule, making sure mold PM’s are completed, as scheduled, to prevent tool down time.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
· High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) equivalency.
· Must have 3 years’ experience in an injection molding tooling environment.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/TASKS/ABILITIES:
· Intermediate math skills.
· GD&T knowledge.
· Skilled knowledge in use of T.I.G., heliarc welder, Bridgeport mill, lathe, drill press, surface grinder, and work to close tolerances.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
· Frequently required to stand; use of hands, grabbing and pulling; and reach with hands and arms.
· Occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, or crouch.
· Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
· Vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
· Frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts.
· Noise level in work environment is moderate.
