Regional Clinic Manager | Tomah (Family Medicine & OB/GYN)
Location: Tomah, WI (On-site)
FTE: 1.0 | Full-time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard weekday clinic hours
The Regional Clinic Manager provides leadership for Tomah Family Medicine and OB/GYN services, supporting a team of approximately 40 staff members across a busy and growing practice. This role partners with physician leadership, regional leaders, and community stakeholders to advance access to care, operational excellence, quality outcomes, and an exceptional patient experience. The Regional Clinic Manager plays a key role in shaping the future of healthcare delivery in the Tomah region.
What You’ll Do
Lead day-to-day clinic operations for Family Medicine and OB/GYN services.
Coach, develop, and support a team of RNs, MAs, patient liaisons, and support staff.
Drive performance in quality, patient experience, operational, and financial metrics.
Partner with physician and administrative leaders to support strategic growth and practice development.
Lead and support quality improvement initiatives across primary care and women's health services.
Foster strong partnerships with community partners and other regional stakeholders.
Champion a culture of collaboration, accountability, and patient-centered care.
Lead operational initiatives that enhance patient access, support team engagement, and strengthen care delivery across the region.
What You’ll Bring
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field
Minimum of 3–4 years of clinical or healthcare experience demonstrating leadership capability
Valid Driver’s License
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in a related field
Prior healthcare management experience, ideally in physician practice or ambulatory care
Experience in integrated health systems
Ideal Candidate Profile
Balances accountability with empathy, leading with humility and compassion
Brings primary care experience or strong understanding of ambulatory operations, with Registered Nurse experience preferred
Embraces innovation, change, and continuous improvement
Builds strong relationships across teams and disciplines
