Job Description

Tom Ford Beauty represents modern luxury, sophistication, and unapologetic glamour across fragrance, makeup, and skincare. We are seeking a confident and commercially driven Counter Manager to lead the Tom Ford counter at Myer Highpoint.

This role is responsible for delivering a world-class luxury experience, driving strong commercial results, and owning overall counter performance.

Leading from the front, you will create an elevated, personalised in-store environment where every client receives expert consultation and tailored recommendations. You will also drive in-store services and client experiences, leveraging consultations and service rituals to strengthen engagement, build loyalty, and maximise retail performance in line with Tom Ford’s high-touch service standards.

You will be supported by industry-leading training and development, enabling you to build deep product knowledge, refine your service approach, and represent the craftsmanship and attention to detail synonymous with the Tom Ford brand.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a Counter Manager or retail leadership role, ideally within prestige or luxury beauty
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve sales targets and KPI performance
  • Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to drive results and grow the business
  • Experience delivering high-touch, premium customer service
  • Capability in clienteling and building repeat business
  • Solid understanding of retail operations (POS, stock management, reporting)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and store stakeholders
  • Professional presentation aligned with luxury brand standards
  • Luxury fragrance experience highly regarded
  • Flexible to work retail trading hours, including weekends and peak periods
  • Full working rights in the country
