In this role, you’ll:

• Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate classroom experiences

• Support children’s social-emotional growth and early learning milestones

• Maintain a safe, consistent, and nurturing environment

• Partner with families and collaborate with your teaching team

Qualifications

Infant/Toddler Teachers (Caregivers): $19–$21

• At least 18 with a high school diploma or GED

• 12–24 months of experience with children under age 3 in a licensed setting

• Infant/Toddler Training (We can provide all the required training hours!)

• Nurturing, patient, and dependable team player with a passion for infant and toddler care

Substitute Teacher Aides: ($17-18.50)

• At least 18 with a high school diploma or GED

• Experience working with children in any setting (babysitting, tutoring, coaching, youth programs, etc.) or a strong interest in working with children

• Kind, patient, and energetic; eager to learn and grow in early childhood education with a willingness to be trained

Not qualified yet / Interested in Growth Opportunities?
We have a sub Aide position available while we help you complete training to meet PATCH qualifications. We support your growth and cover the cost of your CDA (Child Development Associate) while you gain experience toward a Teacher or Caregiver role.
