Toddler Teacher (Daycare / Preschool / Childcare) – Urgently Hiring | Pembroke, MAMagical Beginnings is urgently hiring a nurturing and energetic
Toddler Teacher for our licensed daycare and preschool childcare center in
Pembroke, Massachusetts. We are opening this new classroom in the Spring of 2026.

If you are EEC certified, EEC qualified, or have experience as a daycare teacher, preschool teacher, childcare provider, or paraprofessional, we encourage you to apply.
You'll thrive in this role if you have:
- EEC Infant Toddler Certification, CDA, or equivalent degree and experience (preferred, not required)
- Daycare experience in a center-based or private school setting
- Patience, positive energy, and a love for helping young children meet and exceed their developmental goals
Qualifications:
- Massachusetts EEC Infant Toddler Teacher certification required
- Experience in daycare, preschool, childcare, or as a paraprofessional
- Passion for early childhood education
- Strong classroom management skills for active toddlers

Responsibilities:
- Lead a toddler classroom in a licensed daycare/preschool setting
- Support social, emotional, and developmental milestones
- Create engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Maintain a safe, clean, and structured childcare environment
- Communicate effectively with families and team members
- Follow all Massachusetts EEC and daycare licensing regulations
