Toddler Teacher
Location: The Learning Experience – Ledgewood, NJ
Pay: $18 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

Toddler Teacher – Early Learning Classroom


The Learning Experience – Ledgewood is hiring a Toddler Teacher to support children as they develop early communication skills, independence, and positive classroom routines in a structured learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Support toddler classroom routines and daily transitions
• Encourage language development and social interaction
• Assist with meals, rest time, and toileting readiness
• Maintain a safe and engaging classroom environment
• Work collaboratively with teaching team members
• Ensure compliance with licensing standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience working with toddlers preferred
• Patient, dependable, and team-oriented
• Must meet New Jersey childcare licensing requirements

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
