What You’ll Do:

• Create a warm, welcoming, and engaging classroom where children can learn, play, and grow
• Inspire curiosity and confidence by using a growth mindset to nurture young learners
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® for Infants, Toddlers, and Preschool children, tailored to each child’s unique needs
• Provide a safe, loving, and nurturing environment where children thrive
• Build strong relationships with families through regular communication, sharing milestones and daily adventures through apps and personal conversations
• Collaborate with center leadership and team members to support enrollment, engagement, and overall success
• Create a positive culture where teamwork, laughter, and learning happen every day

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1yearof professional teaching experience preferred
• High School Diploma/GED required
• College coursework in Early Childhood Education highly preferred
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
• CPR and First Aid Certification preferred
• Must meet all state licensing requirements for the role

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

The Learning Experience

At The Learning Experience, we make early education joyful, engaging and fun so children are happy to learn, play and grow.

Our curriculum focuses on the six ages and stages of early childhood development and engages children in hands-on learning activities that encourage them to explore and solve problems at their own rate of development. This forms a foundation for kids to Learn, Play and Grow under the care of our nurturing teachers and staff.

At TLE®, we’ve created a full cast of characters that become our little learners’ educators, partners and friends through their preschool education journey. Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.
