We are urgently hiring a nurturing, dependable
Toddler Teacher to join our preschool and daycare team. The toddler years are full of big feelings, brave firsts, and powerful growth — and we’re looking for an early childhood education professional who truly understands how important this stage is.
If you’re an experienced toddler teacher, infant teacher, infant toddler teacher, or preschool teacher who loves the 15 months–3 years age group, we’d love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Create a warm, structured, and loving toddler classroom
- Support social-emotional development and early learning milestones
- Partner closely with families in a respectful, caring way
- Maintain high-quality childcare and preschool standards
- Help toddlers build independence, language, and confidence
What We're Looking For
- EEC Infant-Toddler Teacher certification required
- A minimum of one year experience in childcare, daycare, or preschool setting
- Background in early childhood education preferred
- A calm, patient presence and strong communication skills
- Someone who believes relationships matter first
- Flexibility to work 40 hours per week within operating hours of the center required (7:30 am - 5:30 pm)
