Salary Range: $15.50 - $18.00 Hourly

Join Learning Grove, a trusted nonprofit with over 40 years of excellence in early childhood education across Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. As a teacher in our high-quality, play-based classrooms, you’ll help children aged 6 weeks to 6 years grow through research-based approaches, including Constructivist Theory and social-emotional learning.

Qualifications:
- CDA required; Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
- Experience in early childhood settings with strong classroom management skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Commitment to equity, diversity, and confidentiality
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate, individualized curriculum
- Foster a clean, safe, and engaging classroom environment
- Build strong family relationships and developmental partnerships
- Collaborate with teammates and participate in ongoing training
