At Magical Beginnings, With Care, We Care guides every classroom and every learning experience we provide. We're seeking a passionate, experienced Toddler/Preschool Teacher to join our team at our Plymouth location, with a $500 sign-on bonus* for candidates who apply before September 30th.

Qualified candidates must hold current Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler/Preschool Teacher Certification. If you have experience as a Toddler Teacher, Preschool Teacher, Childcare Teacher, or Early Childhood Educator looking for a supportive center that values its educators, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler/Preschool Teacher Certification required
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
• Minimum of one year of experience working with toddlers or preschoolers in a childcare, daycare, or preschool setting
• Knowledge of toddler and preschool development, including language, social-emotional learning, and positive behavior guidance
• Full-time availability for an 8-hour shift within the center's operating hours, including opening or closing shifts as needed
• Ability to spend extended periods of time on the floor with children, stand for the majority of the workday, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills, with a genuine passion for early childhood education
