Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $16–$22 per hour, based on experience
• Sign-On Bonus: $500 paid out after 6 months with the company
• Paid Training: Your orientation and onboarding are fully paid from day one

As a Toddler Lead Teacher, You Will

• Lead your own toddler classroom, creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment tailored to where toddlers are developmentally
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, using our fun and engaging characters to make learning feel like play
• Celebrate and support each child's individual milestones, from first words to first friendships
• Build trusting relationships with families through consistent communication via our mobile app and in-person conversations
• Collaborate with center staff and leadership to support enrollment, engagement, and center goals
• Maintain health, safety, and quality compliance standards throughout your classroom

You're a Great Fit If You

• Have a genuine love for toddlers and understand the unique joys and challenges of this age group
• Have at least 6 months of professional teaching experience (required); 1 year or more is preferred
• Are calm, patient, and energized by a busy, active classroom environment
• Hold an associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, a related field, or a CDA credential (preferred but not required)
• Meet any applicable Indiana state licensing requirements for the role
• Are a strong communicator who builds trust easily with both children and families
