Pay: $17–$19 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
The Learning Experience – Gaithersburg is hiring a Toddler Teacher to support children as they develop language, independence, and early social skills through structured routines and hands-on learning experiences.
Responsibilities
Lead engaging classroom activities appropriate for toddlersSupport early communication and social developmentGuide transitions including meals, rest time, and learning centersMaintain a safe and organized classroom environmentPartner with families through daily communicationFollow health, safety, and licensing expectations
Qualifications
Infant/Toddler qualified under Maryland regulationsPrior toddler classroom experience preferredStrong classroom management and communication skillsReliable and collaborative team member
Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
